Advisory that ships software — built with AI.

We advise frugal-minded organizations in education, the non-profit world and small business — and then we build what they need. In four months, one builder working with Claude Code shipped 20+ production apps on Cloudflare across smart hardware, higher education and our own saasta.ai.

Who we serve

Built for organizations that watch every dollar

Enterprise-grade advisory and software, priced for organizations that don't have enterprise budgets. Our clients stay confidential; the markets we serve don't.

Startups & SaaS · $1M+ revenue

ARR/MRR & CFO reporting

Revenue-stage companies that need board-ready reporting without a finance department: MRR/ARR and retention, ASC 606 deferred revenue, month-end close, and investor briefings — delivered on saasta.ai.

Non-profits & higher ed · $20M+ revenue

Modernization on an owned stack

Mission-driven institutions paying enterprise prices for websites, CRM, marketing automation and donation processing. We replace rented platforms with infrastructure the organization owns — and hand over the keys.

Hardware & commerce SMBs

Quote-to-cash & growth software

Product companies whose sales still run on spreadsheets and email: configurator-to-proposal flows, CRM automation, booking and payments, SEO and outbound — the software layer around a physical product.

Families & schools

Education consulting

Homeschooling families and small schools, through Soulful Studies: curriculum, learning styles, filing a California PSA, educator training and alternative-program design.

The work

Case studies from three engagements

Client names are kept confidential. Every project below is in production, runs on the same stack — Cloudflare Workers and Pages, D1, R2, KV — and was built the same way: a human sets the strategy and the constraints, an AI coding agent writes and tests the code, and it ships to the edge the same day.

Case study · Smart-hardware company · Bay Area

Quote-to-cash, bookings and a new website for a hardware maker

A smart-locker company serving universities, arenas, libraries and enterprise campuses. RAGI rebuilt its web presence and its entire sales-and-booking software layer — from the public site, to the quote a prospect receives, to the card-paid session an end user books at the locker.

Corporate site rebuild

The company's site moved off WordPress onto a Next.js shell that hosts the legacy pages as static HTML — a "bridge" architecture that let dozens of SEO-optimized pages migrate without a rewrite. Playwright tests, a prebuilt search index and link-checking run on every deploy.

Quote-to-deal app

Sales configures a system; the app prices it, renders a proposal with a tracked link, records every open and forward, and creates the CRM contact, deal and line items. Custom quotes, a SKU catalog and PDF export are built in.

Growth engine: SEO, GEO & outbound

An on-page SEO program, a Search Console audit toolkit, AI-search (GEO) content, branded email brochures, and an intent-driven outbound engine that runs procurement, library and higher-ed campaigns from a single funnel.

A college's website, giving and marketing stack — owned, not rented

Alongside ongoing financial and operational advisory, RAGI replaced the college's website vendor, its marketing-automation platform and its donation processing with software the college owns — cutting recurring platform costs to a small fraction of what it paid, and putting its audience and donor data back in its own hands.

Institutional website rebuild

The full institutional site plus a marketing landing-page site on one codebase: Sanity CMS, edge-cached pages with on-demand revalidation, native lead forms feeding the email platform, giving pages, and a push-to-deploy pipeline that publishes in about 90 seconds.

Giving platform

The money path for online donations, deliberately separate from the website: Stripe checkout and webhooks, tax receipts, SMS recovery links for abandoned gifts, staff notices, write-back to the donor CRM, and nightly reconciliation and donor-tag sync. Workers AI screens donor notes before they reach the CRM.

Marketing-platform migration

Moved the college's entire audience off an enterprise marketing platform and its donor CRM into Mailchimp — tags rebuilt, duplicate records merged and consent history repaired along the way — with a full set of audit reports handed to the team.

Compensation planner

A Next.js + Sanity rebuild of the college's academic journal (staging), and a website assistant that answers from the site's own pages on keyless Workers AI — no API key, no per-token bill — and routes visitors to the right department.

Documents ship the same way. The engagement also produced donation-page maps, an email-platform tag guide, migration audits, SEO guidance for the marketing team, a project-health dashboard and a full migration handover — each generated as a shareable page and PDF from the same working sessions as the code.

saasta.ai · RAGI's own product

The CFO reporting platform we use on our own clients

saasta.ai turns a growing company's bookkeeping into the reports a board or investor actually reads. It connects QuickBooks, Stripe and HubSpot, builds each client's reporting around their own accounts, and is used by fractional-CFO practices to serve more clients with the same hours. It is the largest codebase RAGI has built — and the proof that the method scales.

CFO assistant agent

A stateful agent on the Cloudflare Agents SDK that acts as a fractional CFO's analyst across their whole client portfolio: it drafts the "notes from the CFO", compares clients to the portfolio, sanity-checks forecasts, keeps its own memory of durable findings, and runs a monthly digest on a schedule.

Soulful Studies — Shaheen Rasheed's 16-year education consultancy, now RAGI's education practice — is moving off Squarespace onto the same stack as everything above: a Next.js + Sanity site on Cloudflare Workers with a pay-to-book consultation flow, lead capture in D1 and every existing URL preserved. RAGI also advises schools and academies directly on curriculum, educator training and alternative-program design.

How we build

One builder, an AI coding agent, and the edge.

This is not "AI-assisted" in the autocomplete sense. The coding agent writes the code, runs the tests, writes the deploy pipeline and drafts the documentation; the human decides what to build, sets the constraints, reviews every change and owns the outcome. Here is the loop that produced everything above.

01 — DECIDE

Strategy before code

Every project starts with a written brief: the business decision, the locked constraints, the data that must never leave, the vendor being replaced. Domain knowledge — finance, fundraising, curriculum, sales — is the part the AI can't supply.

02 — BUILD

Claude Code writes it

The agent works inside the repository: it reads the brief, writes the code and tests, and commits with its name on it. Permission requests are approved from a phone, so a build keeps moving between meetings.

03 — SHIP

Cloudflare, end to end

Workers and Pages for compute, D1 for data, R2 for files, KV for cache, Queues and Cron for background work, Workers AI when a model must stay on-platform. A push to main is live worldwide in about 90 seconds.

04 — OPERATE

Observe, reconcile, hand over

Observability on every worker, QA gates before deploy, nightly reconciliation jobs, and a handover document for the client's team — produced in the same session as the code.

AI is the build tool, not a runtime dependency. Most apps run deterministically with zero tokens; a model runs in production only where it earns its place.
Confidential data stays where it lives. Salary plans and donor notes are processed by Workers AI on Cloudflare — never sent to an external API.
Own the stack, don't rent it. Replacing vendor platforms with owned infrastructure is where the savings come from — tens of dollars a year, not thousands a month.
Documents are deliverables too. Proposals, audits, RFP responses and handovers come out of the same workflow as the software.
